Participants should be able to predictably and systematically perform full arch cases with immediate functional and aesthetic restorations in the same session for the mandible and the maxillae.
Main Objective
Get all the info, techniques and tools for guided bone reduction, biocritical three dimensional implant placement, fabrication of durable and aesthetic restorations and apply them to a real case.

Course Topics:
- • All in one®-NeoArch®: The story behind the name of the procedure. It is about performing the needed extractions,
implant placement and the restoration (temporary), all in one session. Immediate fixed full arch solutions.
• Full arch: various treatment modalities and general guidelines: implant numbers, lengths, positions, quality of bone,
implant angulations, cantilever, multiunit abutments.
• Immediacy in implantology, immediate implantation and immediate loading. Limits risks, indications and application in
full arch
• Graftless solutions and their applications. Grafting vs non grafting with various implant lengths
• Number of implants, pricing and affordability
• VTP: Virtual Teeth Positioning. How to communicate between the lab and the dentist for the positioning of the incisal
edge of the centrals and the the occlusal plane. How to take a single calibrated picture and place the future teeth in a
way to prepare the surgical guide for bone reduction and the prefabricated hybrid prior to the surgery.
• Surgical technique: In depth step by step for the maxillae and the mandible. From anesthesia to abutment placement
• Lab preparation for the multifunctional guide and the prefabricated hybrid
• Immediate restoration by converting the prefabricated hybrid into a fixed durable hybrid screw retained over
abutments
• Final restoration and selection: PFM, Hybrid, Zirconia, peek…
• An introduction to zygomatic, trans-sinus, pterygoid and nasal implants.
